Information and purpose

When an adult sends a lesson request, we collect their name and contact details, the student’s age group, course interest, preferred date and time, optional message, submission time and confirmation of adult authority. We use these details to respond, arrange lessons and manage requests. Please do not send payment details, health information or a child’s identifying information.

Website operation and sharing

Our hosting, database and authentication providers (OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare) process information needed to deliver and secure the website, which may include IP address, browser information and operational logs. Authorized school administrators can view lesson requests. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect safety and prevent abuse.

This website does not include advertising pixels or behavioral advertising integrations, and its booking system does not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information submitted here is not an opt-in to marketing messages.

Cookies and privacy signals

Hosting and administrator sign-in may use essential cookies. We have not added optional analytics or advertising cookies. The website does not track visitors across third-party websites. It does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals; its no-sale and no-advertising-sharing practices also apply to visitors using Global Privacy Control. We store your language preference locally in your browser for future visits. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Children

This enquiry service is for adults. A parent or legal guardian must submit requests for students under 18 using the adult’s own contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Lesson requests are stored for school follow-up and administration. To ask about retention, access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when required by law. Applicable privacy rights depend on the law and its coverage; this policy does not limit those rights.
