Enquiries and bookings

This website describes Music N Us classes and accepts lesson requests from adults. A requested date or time is not reserved until the school confirms it directly. Times are Pacific Time. Course availability and arrangements must be confirmed with the school.

Tuition and cancellation

This website does not accept payments or establish a paid enrollment. Tuition, all required charges, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be provided before you agree to enroll or pay. Submitting a request creates no payment obligation and does not authorize recurring charges.

Parents and guardians

Requests for a student under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Do not enter a child’s identifying details or sensitive personal information into the form. Separate enrollment arrangements may require additional information and consent.

Responsible use and content

Provide accurate contact information and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access or submit abusive content. Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. A lesson request does not authorize the school to publish a student’s photo, voice, performance or likeness; any such use requires a separate appropriate permission.

Applicable law and rights

These website terms are governed by California law and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates and questions

Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. A later revision does not retroactively change a separate enrollment agreement.
